How to bypass Trend Micro Security Agent when using patch ?

I have got laptop that I can't disable "Trend Micro Security Agent" as it has password I don't know it .
Don't want to format the computer.
I downloaded "Nitro Pro Enterprise 11.0.7.411" and it has patch.exe ,,,,,but Trend Micro Security Agent keeps removing it and don't let me to use it
How can I bypass it to be to use it ?
