Wie ich gerade im Microsoft Malware Protection Center gelesen habe, erkennt der kostenlose Virenscanner von Microsoft gehäuft die Malware Win32.Bifrose. Wie sich herausstellte, ist diese in der "Vista Black Edition" enthalten, die besonders gerne in Tauschbörsen gehandelt wird.

So freut sich der Kunde über ein kostenloses Vista, allerdings kostet ihn die Version im nachhinein so einiges: (Zitat Microsoft)

Jetzt weiß ich auch, warum so einfach 10,000 Hotmailkonten abgephisht werden konnten, die User installierne sich die Malware direkt mit dem (geklauten) Betriebssystem:
