It is outrageous, even outrageous, to have your own upload box or account, where downloads with 50kbits are downloadable. In a two-part mod even a compulsory break of 3 hours is there. While other users all a free download is available.
Furthermore, your file is not known as v2 when downloading. That means old to me.
