Hello everybody, I don't speak german I hope I still can get help here ><

So here's my problem, my PC has been banned from a private server of a game and I would like to know what are my options in order to be able to play again. My ip was banned too but using a VPN solved that problem and granted me access to the forums and the user panel of the game, but when I try to enter the game I get the message telling me that I am banned. I've tried to change my MAC adress and my HWID and even my computer name, but nothing worked. I hope you guys can help me out here because i'm out of ideas.
What could have they used to ban me ? and can I change it ?
