INSTALLATION:
1 - Extract the 7zip archive you chose into your "RailWorks" folder and overwrite all files when requested.
2 - Clear cache and clean from junk files.
3 - Reboot.
4 - Run the game.
* - SSE = Smart Steam EMUlator (Best crack for TS2016 and many others Steam Games)
If you chose to use SSE as crack, make a link to desktop of "SmartSteamLoader.exe" and run it.

Eventuell sollte man ein Übersetzungstool wie IMTranslator zu Hilfe nehmen. Das gilt auch für die in der Readme erwähnte
SmartSteamEmu.txt Ist das zu schwer?
