Win-CE, Win-mobile Software unter Win7 nutzbar?

Navigatonssoftware gibts ja hauptsächlich für mobile Geräte (PDA's, Smartphones, Navi)
Kann man solche Software auch irgendwie unter Win7 zum laufen bringen? Hab bisher noch von keiner Navi-Software eine Win7 Version gesehen.
