Meine Hostdatei sieht so aus

Und mein Photoshop CS6 lief ohne Probleme. Photoshop CC läuft mit der gleiche Hostdatei ohne Probleme weiter

Schau dir die beiden Einträge an

von mir:
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

und von dir:
::1 localhost
127.0.0.1 localhost

Hat das irgendeine Grund, warum bei dir das # fehlt?
