Suche Down & Upstream Daten für DSL 32.000 (fritz box)

Hallo,

ich suche die Down und Upstream Werte für DSL 32.000, die ich in der Fritzbox 7170 unter den DSL einstellungen eintrage.

zurzeit eingetragen : Upstream 2200 kBit/s
Downstream 21616 kBit/s

Was sind jetzt gute Werte? Help!
