Ich kann mir kaum vorstellen das Wubi auf Windows CE läuft.
Hast du nichtmal die Möglichkeit von ner SD Karte zu booten?
Einfach mal ne Bootfähige SD Karte erstellen reinstecken und gucken was passiert.
