Kann man eigentlich nich auf ios 4.1 updaten nachdem jetzt 4.2.1 draußen ist?

Naja habs gestern probiert mit meinem iphone und jetzt wollt ich einen ipod noch jailbreaken mit ios 4.1 ( jetzt 3.1.3 )
