Hoster sicher

Hallo leute hoffe ich bin hier richtig.
Ich möchte ja was für die Comune tun.Ich möchte sachen auf ein Server laden z.B rapidshare und euch hier dann anbieten.Kann mir strafrechtlich was passieren oder löschen die nur meine Links?
