Hallo Experten!
Kurze Einleitung: ich sauge ab und zu in Mediatheken und YT Videos, packe sie auf einen Stick, um sie mit meinem alten Mütterchen via Samsung-TV zu schauen.

Habe aber immer wieder das Problem, dass der ca. 10 Jahre alte Samsung einige mp4-Dateien abspielt, andere aber nicht. Hinwies bei Problemen: "Der Codec wird nicht unterstützt"

Manchmal wandele ich mit Handbrake um, dann klappt es. Aktuell lassen sich 4 Videos nicht abspielen, obwohl ich mit Handbrake aber auch mit XMedia Recode versucht habe die Dateien abspielbar zu wandeln. Bei XMedia hatte ich das Samsung-TV-Profil ausgewählt, trotzdem nicht abspielbar.

Ich kenne mich nicht mit dem Thema Codes aus, habe bisher immer darauf geachtet, dass der h264-Code aktiv ist. Aber was hier nun das Problem ist, kann ich nicht erkennen.

Was alles unter Encoding settings aufgeführt wird, finde ich schon ungewöhnlich, kann mich aber natürlich täuschen.

Weiß jemand Rat?
Freue mich über eure Tipps und Hinweise.
