Make sure Internet is connected and Office is successfully updated with the last command.

Nachdem ich die 6 oben angeführten Commandos in der Eingabeaufforderung (als Admin ausgeführt) eingegeben hatte, musste ich nach den Updates, welches das letzte Commando bewirkt, nochmal das Office aktivieren.
Achtung: Oben im Zitat werden irgendwie automatisch Leerzeichen bei den Commandos eingefügt (Configuration, Common) - keine Ahnung warum ! Ihr könnt auch aus der Quellenangabe die Commandos kopieren.
Seither keine Banner und keine gelbe Leiste mehr.
