es gibt tausende solcher progs, wie z.B hide ip, ananymous ip, oder TOR (wie oben genannt).
dann gibt es noch progs wie PROXCAP und dergleichen, die nicht nur über öffentliche proxys gehen (welche oft sehr langsam sind)!
