Thank you for contacting VPN Tunnel.

Kindly check your login information.

Please make sure that you run OpenVPN as administrator.
You do this by right clicking on the openvpn-gui.exe and chooses "run as" there you select the user administrator Or a user with administrator privileges.
This is the most common solution to your problem, keep in mind that this might need to be done even if you are already logged in as admin to Windows.

Make sure that your antivirus/firewall does not block anything.

This is the mesage AUTH: Received AUTH_FAILED control message

It only work on swedish server, but i need Russian Server.

login information is ok, i can conect to swedish server

VPNTUNNEL>>> The worst of ALL in all aspects:
I subscribed to this service, I wish I did not. I downloaded the client, tried and never connects.
I disabled the FW and added white list as well - no connect.
I logged on a support ticket. No human replied just auto-replies.
Two days on, and nothing has been done.
I asked to cancel the service and get refund , no one cared to reply.
Stay away from this crap.


THE WORST. I have never been treated so poorly! I have tried for a month to get someone to assist me with servers in the US, which have not been working. They say they "aim" to get back to customers in 24 hours. Right. More like 5 days. And no one has ever attempted to explain or fix the problem. I warn you, do NOT do business with VPNTunnel.

I had some problems with them a gew months ago', the speed was very slow.. probably too many users.. but they solved buying new servers. Now it seems to work like a charm and the speed is OK. Software tested on Windows 7 and it works fine too

You may have problems with your DNS settings, they are usually set automatically, exceptionally, they may need to be done manually.

Please follow the steps below to configure DNS settings manually:
-- Go to your computer configuring network, and add the DNS 91.213.246.2 and 80.67.0.2
-- You can log into the Control Panel using your user id and password, to access the guides that describe the process with pictures.

ping den russen mal an - antwortet der?, evtl haben die ein problem mit dem server, geben es nicht zu
vergess das ganze - guck wieder in 5 wochen
zwischenzeit buche einen anderen für einen monat z.b. ivacy
