Da du diese nicht hast, wird dir dein Antivirus/Defender einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht haben.

Ich habe dir die setup.exe hier erneut hochgeladen, falls du die Archive nicht mehr hast (Antivirus deaktivieren)

NAch der Installation solltest du dann auch benötigte Emulatoren und Co im Installations-Ordner finden.
