I understand that you are experiencing difficulties connecting to HMA using Router,manual connections,Linux or NAS. Please allow me to provide you with some information.
An older version of HMA has been decommissioned recently and, as a result of shutting down the related adapter, Routers,manual connections,Linux connections and NAS will no longer work with HMA.
Additionally, the IPSec/PPTP password, OpenVPN configuration files are also non-existent.
Articles on our website, regarding mentioned support, are being removed, some of them already are.
We understand how inconvenient this may be for you and apologize for any disappointment this may have caused.
You're welcome to use HMA application available for MacOS, iOS, Android and Windows.
